It was a match between PHL Azkal and Kuwait for the second round qualifier. Azkal got eliminated which allows Kuwait to proceed to the next round. First game scored 0-3 in favor of Kuwait and second game still favored Kuwait with 1-2. It was a tough game but nevertheless I’m proud of the Azkals who really did their best. Their hope of qualifying for the World Cup has ended at least for now, but there is still a lot of time to improve. And I hope that they will hit big on the 2018 – 21st World Cup.

Teams who won will advance to the third round. And the teams who will reach to the final round will compete for the 20th FIFA World Cup which will take place at Brazil.
